How to activate the free version

First, download the software.

With the free version:

  • You can view an unlimited number of cameras.
  • You can use up to 3 modules in a schema, and
  • Unlimited usage time is provided
  • Settings can be made persistent.
  • Up to 4 preview and archive modules
  • You can use up to 4 email sending modules.
  • Remote access is not available.

Here is how to get the free version of Xeoma.

  1. Download Xeoma for your operating system from the official Xeoma page.
  2. Add the word "free" as in the examples below.
  3. For Windows/Android/MacOS/Linux/Linux/ARM: run the renamed Xeoma executable on your device.
  4. Done! The program will launch as a free version that can be used permanently.

How to rename the file

Windows and Android:

  • Windows: xeoma_win64.exe -> xeoma_free_win64.exe
  • Android: xeoma_android.apk -> xeoma_free_android.apk

MacOS/Linux/Linux/ARM - Extract the downloaded Xeoma archive using system tools. After extracting, add the word "free" to the name of the extracted executable, as in the examples below.

  • MacOS: xeoma_mac64.app -> xeoma_free_mac64.dmg
  • Linux: xeoma.app -> xeoma_free.app
  • Linux/ARM: xeoma_linux_arm7.app -> xeoma_free_linux_arm7.app (similarly for other ARM versions)
