Webtop is a tool that provides a full desktop environment in containers based on Alpine, Ubuntu, Fedora, and Arch. The containers can be accessed through a modern web browser and support various architectures. During setup, syscall compatibility must be configured with Docker's security options, and basic HTTP authentication can be added. It also includes the PRoot Apps feature, which supports installing applications, allowing user customization in the Docker environment. For security, be careful about external access; using a secure authentication scheme is recommended.
