Video (North Korean standard language: bideo) is a term covering the technology for processing images (signals) using electrical signals and the surrounding technologies that use it, and is the field corresponding to audio. It is a physical image formed through a lens, as opposed to the internal image of human consciousness. Video is widely used not only in photography and film but also in broadcasting, video design, and more. Along with the development of technologies for expressing images, the moving image is establishing itself as a culture. Visual culture is recognized as a new cultural phenomenon symbolizing the late 20th century, and is explained in contrast to language culture with its long history, especially print culture. Images differ in mode of delivery depending on their reproduction mechanism, but whatever the mode, they are a means of reproduction through media such as print, film, and broadcasting. Today's mass communication culture, through the massive repetition of excessively large-scale, uniform images, is deeply planting a faith in images in the everyday psychology of the public. Since it uses light, it is also common to use it across devices that use images other than the video signals used in television, such as computer display devices. Basically, it often deals with moving images (footage).
