Bidirectional text
In text, bidirectional means that a single piece of text has two directions.
Text directionality refers to
- right-to-left
- left-to-right
and similar, that is, the direction in which sentences are read and written.
Bidirectional is also sometimes used to refer to boustrophedon (Boustrophedon; the text direction changes on every line).
