Features
Similar to BlurHash, but with the following advantages.
- Encodes more detail in the same amount of space
- Fast encoding and decoding
- Also encodes the aspect ratio
- Picks more accurate colors
- Supports images with transparency

Uses the same discrete cosine transform (DCT) approach as BlurHash, the similar project mentioned above.
