A script that speeds up page loading

Features

• Speeds up in-site navigation
• Preloads a page when the mouse pointer hovers over its link
  • If the pointer stays on an a tag for 50ms or more, it automatically creates <link rel="prefetch" href="..."> to preload the page
  • When the mouse leaves the tag, it removes that tag to cancel the download
• On mobile, uses the tap event instead of hover

A comment said this is the default behavior of nextjs.. (needs checking)
