An ethical alternative to WhatsApp
About
- WhatsApp has been criticized for data sharing with Meta (formerly Facebook) and privacy issues
- Signal is run by a nonprofit foundation and is highly rated for data protection and transparency, drawing attention as an ethical alternative to WhatsApp
- Given Meta and Zuckerberg's inconsistent conduct and concerns about their impact on elections and society, you should switch from WhatsApp to Signal
