A Unix-like OS with a 90s-style GUI
Features
- An OS that feels like a combination of late-1990s Windows/Mac UI and a late-2000s *nix core
- Started as a one-person project and has been growing for 3 years with community support
- Everything from the kernel to the web browser/IDE is "developed by hand from scratch, without external libraries"
- The system itself is developed in Serenity C++.
- A variant of modern C++ with its own standard library
