Inference of Meta's Segment Anything Model in pure C/C++

Features

• Ports the model, originally implemented in Python, to C++ using the GGML library
• Lightweight code makes it usable in many places
• GGML, named after its original author Georgi Gerganov, is a tensor library with quantization support used to build llama.cpp/whisper.cpp
  • Optimized for CPU rather than GPU, especially Apple Silicon M1/M2
