Radiology (yeongsang uihak-gwa, "department of imaging medicine"), also called bangsaseon-gwa ("department of radiation"), is the medical field dedicated to medical imaging of the inside of animal and human bodies for diagnosis and treatment. In Korea it has been called yeongsang uihak-gwa since the 2000s.
