QoS (Quality of Service) is the ability to prioritize different applications, users, data flows, and so on, in order to guarantee a certain level of performance for data transmission. If one insists on translating it into Korean, it could be called "communication service quality", but in South Korea QoS is rarely translated into Korean, and no established usage of such a term exists at present.
