A Polyfill for running WASM in JS environments

Features

• A new project by the developer of esbuild
• Implements the WebAssembly API so that .wasm files can run in JS environments that have no WebAssembly implementation
• Parses .wasm files directly and converts WebAssembly functions into JavaScript functions
• Not as fast as native execution, but better than not running at all
• Used as the WebAssembly fallback in esbuild's online playground
• WASM is well supported in so many environments that a Polyfill is rarely needed, but it is disabled in things like Apple's Lockdown Mode, so it can be used in those cases too
