- Click the "Catalog > Products" menu in the left menu.
- Click the "+ New product" button at the top right.
- When the "New product" popup appears, fill in the blanks and Save.
- Now select the product and press the "New price +" button to create a price.

Write permissions automatically include read, so there is no need to set read separately.
