Refresh Layout

If you add widgets such as a Button at program runtime, you may see that the Layout is not arranged properly.
To fix this, use the layout() method of the Shell object.

Button s = new Button(c, SWT.PUSH);
// ...
shell.layout(new Control[] { s });
