How to install

After installing Linux, create a new user named stack. See here for details.

$ git clone https://git.openstack.org/openstack-dev/devstack
$ cd devstack

local.conf should look something like this:

[[local|localrc]]
FLOATING_RANGE=192.168.0.192/26
FIXED_RANGE=10.11.12.0/24
FIXED_NETWORK_SIZE=256
FLAT_INTERFACE=eth0
ADMIN_PASSWORD=0000
DATABASE_PASSWORD=0000
RABBIT_PASSWORD=0000
SERVICE_PASSWORD=0000

Run DevStack:

$ ./stack.sh

Once installation is complete, open the firewall for the http port and connect to the service. For reference, firewalld on CentOS can be used as follows.

$ firewall-cmd --permanent --zone=public --add-service=https
$ sudo systemctl restart firewalld
