Determines whether IPv6 traffic passing through a bridge is processed by ip6tables

Why is it needed in Kubernetes?

The basics are the same as net.bridge.bridge-nf-call-iptables.

• Same reasons as IPv4 when using IPv6.
• Most clusters use IPv4 only, but it is required in dual-stack or IPv6-only clusters.
• Recommended to set together with IPv4 for consistency.
