See MMDetection#dependency conflicts. In short: install mmcv==2.1.0.
Memory Overflow when building a dockerfile
Running mim install mmcv==2.1.0 in a dockerfile on 16G RAM, cuda12.4, cpu x 32 (Intel(R) Xeon(R) Gold 6346 CPU @ 3.10GHz) seems to build the code with cython...
But it ran out of memory. With 32G RAM it worked fine.
