Simple hosted SSH option. Supports custom domains for a cost.
Uses the -R flag of ssh to create an HTTP reverse proxy with no installation.
Examples

ssh -R 80:localhost:8080 localhost.run- will connect a free domain tunnel to localhost on port 8080.
