Karmem is a fast binary serialization format, faster than Google Flatbuffers and optimized for TinyGo and WASM.

  • Flatbuffers is not as fast as desired and has no bounds checking
  • Cap'n'Proto is good, but has no Zig or AssemblyScript implementation. The API is also difficult
