A compiler that lets any language interact with JS classes

Features

• The technology that lets AWS CDK (Cloud Development Kit) provide Polyglot libraries from a single codebase
  • Makes a single class library written in TypeScript callable from many languages, such as Python, Java, C# (.NET family), and Go
  • No need to build an SDK for each language, so features can be added and improved quickly
• Because of JSON marshaling costs and the lack of distributed GC, it suits "development/build tools" better than performance-critical applications
