Hallucination (artificial intelligence)

When LLMs conversational AI answers with something nonexistent or irrelevant to the context as if it were true. As AI is used in many fields, many such cases are appearing. It is often simply shortened to 'hallucination', and is also called 'electronic paranoia'.
