Facial recognition system

A facial recognition system is a computer-aided application that automatically identifies individuals from digital images. It works by comparing selected facial features appearing in a live image against a facial database.
It is typically used as a security system and can be compared with other biometrics such as fingerprint or pupil recognition systems.
