A software license agreement is a contractual memorandum between the creator and the user of computer software that grants the user a software license. Typically, a software license agreement specifies terms under the condition that the end user uses the "licensed software," and this is called an end-user license agreement, or EULA for short. When a software license agreement is between a software licensor and a business/government, it is added as a special form of contract with many terms unique to the license and the nature of the licensed software.
