An open-source video editor for making short-form videos with Claude Code/Codex

Cutfac is an agent-first video editor for Mac. It uses Claude Code/Codex as the main engine, with a UI layer on top that makes reviewing and revising easy.

• You create and fix videos through chat alone, without editing tools.
• Select the segment to fix and draw a box, and only that part is handed to the agent with pinpoint precision.
• You can generate several versions at once, compare them side by side, and pick one.
• Changes can be easily reverted at any time.
• It plugs into your existing Claude Code/Codex subscription, so there is no separate AI cost.
