An open-source editor for collaborative coding in the browser
Features
- A browser-based real-time collaborative development environment, built to overcome the limitations of existing document-based collaboration tools that are not suited to classes or pair programming
- Breaks the stereotype that "real-time collaborative coding is complicated"; designed so anyone can start coding together right away through Zero Setup, true real-time behavior, and an intuitive UI
- Pixel-perfect real-time preview: HTML/CSS/JS code is reflected in the WebView as soon as it is written
- Collaboration: based on Operational Transformation, multiple users can type at the same time without conflicts
- VS Code-style editor: a familiar interface using Monaco Editor, with autocompletion, syntax highlighting, and error display
- Includes an Xterm.js-based browser terminal for checking input/output
- No installation: usable immediately with just a browser
- GNU AGPL 3.0 license
