Cloudflare Actors

@cloudflare/actors is an SDK library for more easily building real-time, interactive, multiplayer applications on top of Durable Objects (currently in beta). The name comes from the Actor programming model that underlies Durable Objects.
Features
The main features provided are:
- Storage helpers — utilities for querying per-object embedded SQLite storage and managing schema migrations (this.storage.sql template literal, runMigrations(), etc.)
- Alarm helpers — schedule multiple alarms by date, delay (seconds), or cron expression
- Actor class — an abstraction pattern that saves you from writing the Worker that communicates with the Durable Object yourself. Routing is generated automatically with handler(), and object routing can be customized with nameFromRequest().
