If you check the /var/log/cloudstack/management/management-server.log file, you can see an error message like the one below.
cloudstack-setup-agent -m 192.168.0.49 -z 1 -p 1 -c 1 -g 510473bb-7a3d-40ee-a244-65e0f3275e03 -a --pubNic=cloudbr0 --prvNic=cloudbr0 --guestNic=cloudbr0
For reference, the GUID is generated with uuidgen.
