A Chromium browser that runs in the terminal
Features
- Web browser for the terminal, built on Chromium
- Supports all Web APIs that Chromium supports, including WebGL, WebGPU, audio/video playback, and animations
- Fast startup, 60FPS, minimal CPU usage when idle, etc.
- Can also run on a window server or over SSH
- Renders with Skia and also handles mouse input
- Separates processes and communicates via IPC for rendering speed (Mojo)
- Since only one font can be handled, code forcing a font was added to StyleResolver::ResolveStyle
- LoDPI handling
- Color handling via DCS (Device Control Sequence)
- Sets the web page title as the terminal title
