A tool that compiles shell scripts into static binaries

About

• An open-source project that converts shell scripts into safe, portable static binaries
• Rather than simply wrapping the script, it transpiles it to Go code and then compiles it with the Go Toolchain to produce a standalone executable
• Aims for bash compatibility by default, designed so that most bash scripts work as is
• Provides features not found in existing shells, such as a module system and a package manager
  • Module system: scripts can be split into multiple files
  • Built-in package manager: modules can be distributed and used like libraries
  • Native .env file support: environment variables can be loaded at runtime
  • Static asset embedding: files and directories can be included inside the executable
  • Built-in flag parsing: automates argument handling
• Still in early development with limited supported features, but the v1 stable release aims for full bash compatibility and extended features
