A bug bounty is a program in which a company pays a reward to people who discover and report vulnerabilities in its software, websites, or systems. This helps strengthen the company's security and fix bugs in advance. Bug bounties operate with ethical hackers (white hat hackers) voluntarily participating to find bugs, and the company paying them a reward.
